+ What does the issue date on my card mean?
The issue date on your card is the date in which you can begin purchasing medicinal cannabis products! Please make sure to check your issue date before your first visit!
+ How do I make an appointment?
Appointments are highly recommended, especially for new patient consulations. To make an appointment, please call any of our locations to setup a time. 215-836-1535
+ What should I bring to TerraVida?
In order to enter the facility, you will need your physical PA patient/caregiver medical marijuana ID card that you received in the mail from the Department of Health. You must also bring a secondary ID such as: as driver's licnese or valid state ID for our records. By state law, we DO NOT accept out of state medical marijuana cards. It is also helpful to bring a list of current medications you are taking, as well as any doctor's contact info you wish to provide to our Medical Professionals.
+ What should I expect during my consultation?
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment, as you will be asked to fill out a "New Patient Intake Form". Your initial consultation is for you to meet with our medical professional on-site to determine a monthly dose and product form suggestions. All consultations at TerraVida are free of charge. Should you wish to consult with one of our medical professionals again, we may schedule a follow-up consultation at your convenience.
+ Does TerraVida allow visitors?
In a recent change of state regulations, only those with VALID Pennsylvania State Issued Medical Marijuana Cards and/or Caregiver Cards may enter the dispensary.
+ Do you take credit cards?
We are CASH ONLY. We do offer an ATM on site in the waiting area for your convenience. There is a $1.95 service fee to withdraw funds from the ATM.
+ Why are the in-store menus and online ordering menus different?
The current state-mandated inventory system does not allow third-party integrations, causing us to set thresholds on products. Once an item's quantities fall under these thresholds, it is automatically removed from the online ordering shop to prevent over-ordering of said products - and will only be available for in-store purchases until supply lasts. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
+ How much money should I bring?
The total price you pay depends entirely on your consultation with our medical professionals, who will work with you to determine the appropriate dosage. We post and update our menus with product prices to our "Menu" section of our website daily.
+ Do you offer any discounts?
Currently, Terravida offers Veteran's 10% off their purchase every day. We also offer 10% off to patients who shop on their birthday.
+ What is your return policy?
TerraVida examines returns on a case-by-case basis, carefully following the rules implemented by our growers, the state of the product returned, and the issue at hand. Heavily used or mistreated products cannot be returned.
